What we collect

When you fill in the quote form we collect only what we need to call you back about your floor: your name, phone number, and — if you choose to give them — your email address, city, the surface you want coated, and any notes you add.

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we never will. Any deposit or payment is arranged directly with us after you have a written estimate.

How we use it

Your details go straight to our phones so we can call you back about your project. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Diamond Proof Coatings except the service providers who deliver our text messages and host this website on our behalf.

Calls and text messages

By submitting the form you agree that Diamond Proof Coatings may call or text you about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us from returning your call if you asked us to.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and the Meta pixel to understand how people find us and whether our advertising is working. Quotes, pricing and estimates

Prices shown on this website and in our advertising are starting prices for a standard job in the Phoenix metro. They are an invitation to get a quote, not a binding offer. Final pricing depends on the actual condition, size and preparation needs of your slab, which we confirm on site.

Nothing on this website forms a contract. Work begins only once you have a written estimate from us and you have accepted it.

Warranty

Our workmanship warranty against peeling is provided in writing with your estimate, and the written document is what governs — including what is covered and what is not. Please read it before you accept. If anything in it is unclear, ask us before work begins.

Service area

We serve the Phoenix metro area. If you are outside it, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, or ask what we hold about you. Call or email and we will take care of it.
